This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may not do with WAXBOARD. It protects our users, third parties, and the Service, and applies to all use of WAXBOARD, including workspaces, uploads, prompts, AI output, collaboration features, integrations, and account activity. It is part of the Terms of Use.
1. Illegal or Harmful Activity
You may not use WAXBOARD to break the law or to facilitate fraud, deception, impersonation, violence, the exploitation of minors, sanctions evasion, or the distribution of malware.
2. Content
You may not upload, generate, store, or share content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, or is threatening, harassing, defamatory, or malicious. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content you process through WAXBOARD, including drawings and documents that belong to clients or employers.
3. Security and Technical Abuse
Without our written permission, you may not probe, scan, test, attack, overload, bypass, scrape, or reverse engineer WAXBOARD or the systems of our providers. This includes credential stuffing, unauthorized access, evading rate limits or usage limits, exploiting vulnerabilities, creating accounts in bulk through automation, and using WAXBOARD to attack other systems.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to legal@elrodtg.com instead of testing it further.
4. Misuse of AI Features
You may not use AI-assisted features to generate or facilitate illegal activity, deception, impersonation, malware, phishing, unauthorized surveillance, or violations of others' rights, or to circumvent the safety controls of WAXBOARD or its AI providers. You may not present AI-generated output as verified fact or professional work product without appropriate human review.
5. Spam and Platform Abuse
You may not use WAXBOARD to send spam, harvest data, manipulate metrics, run unauthorized bulk automation, or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written agreement.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on the severity, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you what we did and why.
7. Reporting a Violation
Report suspected violations to legal@elrodtg.com.
